ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
Accompanying persons are spouses and partners of delegates who have registered as an accompanying person on a delegate's registration form and paid the applicable fee. The accompanying person fee includes:
• Congress badge
• Opening Ceremony
• Welcome Dinner
STUDENT REGISTRATION |
Students are defined as a holder of a student identification card from a locally or internationally recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution.
Please note: A copy of your student identification card is required when you submit your registration form.
PAYMENT OF FEES |
Please note that we will only confirm your registration once we have received your payment. You can only benefit from the Early Registration fee if we have received your payment by 30 April 2007.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS |
Once you have registered online, you automatically will receive by e-mail a confirmation that your registration form has been submitted successfully. If you do not receive this automatic confirmation within an hour please contact shanghai07@aims-international.com
You will only receive a final confirmation, once we have received your payment.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY |
All cancellations or alterations must be made in written form, via letter, fax or e-mail to AIMS International Congress Services.
Registration: Refunds, excluding €100.00 administration fee, will be granted to delegates who are unable to attend, provided that AIMS receives written notice on or before August 19, 2007.
Please note that all refunds will only be issued after the congress. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 19, 2007.
For any alteration, a charge of € 25.00 will apply.
LIABILITY |
All the above mentioned rates are subject to change. The participants are required to arrange an insurance for cancellation, travel, loss of personal possessions, accident, etc. on their behalf. AIMS International Congress Services cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any property, whatever the cause may be. The liability of any persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services remains unaffected. Only written arrangements are binding. The laws of the Republic of China shall apply. The legal venue is China.
Please also note that you are responsible for arranging your visa.
